Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping: Free Delivery

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item or your package is delayed/lost, please reach out to our customer support team immediately via the store contact form or email, and we will assist you right away.
